What we collect, and what we do with it

What the form collects

When you submit an inquiry we record:

• Your name, email address and mobile number.
• What you told us you are interested in — a lot type, a specific lot, the price list, or a site visit.
• Your budget range and purchase timeline, if you chose to give them.
• Your message.
• The lot you had selected when you submitted, including its block, lot, street, area, total contract price and scheme.
• Which page and which button the inquiry came from, the page that referred you here, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters, Google or Facebook click identifiers) present in the link you arrived on.
• Your IP address, browser user agent, and the date and time — used to stop automated spam and nothing else.
• The fact that you ticked the consent box.

Why we collect it

To answer your inquiry: to confirm with the developer whether the lot is still available, to prepare a computation, and to arrange a viewing if you want one. The campaign and page information tells us which parts of this showroom are useful, so we can improve them.

Who sees it

Your inquiry goes to the CEBOOM sales desk at info@ceboom.com and is stored on this website's server. Where confirming availability or preparing your computation requires it, the relevant details are shared with the developer or its authorised sales channel. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them for marketing unrelated to this inquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This showroom sets one cookie, a session cookie used to protect the inquiry form against cross-site request forgery. It carries no advertising identifier. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

Your choices

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ceboom.com from the address you used and we will action it. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will stop.

About this website

This is an independent sales and information website for Foressa Mountain Town, not the official website of the project or of Aboitiz Land, Inc. Project names, logos and visuals belong to their respective owners. Lot availability, prices, transfer charges, payment terms, plans and schedules are subject to change without notice and to developer confirmation. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or part of a contract.
